Carol Anthony was born in New York City in l943. Her work has appeared in many solo and group exhibitions, both in the US and in Europe, also in several public and private collections, including those of Milton Glaser, Lily Auchincloss, the Brooklyn Museum, the Carnegie Museum of Art and the Smithsonian. She is known for taking ordinary objects and landscapes and giving them a sense of serenity, reverence and solitude.
